Refund Policy: No refunds or exchanges on Clearance, Discontinued, Opened, Damaged, Installed Material, or Special Order Items. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a copy of your original receipt present. Items must be in resalable condition All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns made after 30 days, up to 60 days, will only be eligible for store credit.
- Refund payments will be returned in the same way as the original payment method.
- Returns over $500.00 where the original payment was cash or check will be processed as a check.
- Cleared checks may be refunded in cash provided the amount is under $500.
- Grade B items may be returned or exchanged as long as the boxes have not opened
- Individual pieces may be returned if purchased as individual pieces as indicated on the sales receipt.
- If you're missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system.
Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery, Missing Items, Shipping/Delivery Errors
If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong, contact the store where you purchased your order within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
